The Community Fund is a special fund. It pays for interpreter(s)
for private family and social events.
What Is It For?
Interpreting services for funerals, weddings, family reunions family
parties and social events. (Example - parties with hearing friends
or family).
Who Is It For?
People who live in Vermont.
Who Pays?
The Deaf person pays nothing. The money to pay for interpreters
is from the Community Fund. The Vermont Interpreter Referral Service
(VIRS) keeps the Community Fund money and pays the interpreters.

Tell us the date and time of the event.
Tell us how many Deaf and hearing people will be there.
Tell us which interpreters you prefer.
