Changes in Time, Date, or Location or Cancellation
Any change or cancellation must be reported directly to the interpreter
as soon as possible. Inadequate notification of cancellation may
result in the full fee for interpreter services being charged. VIRS
is not responsible to notify the interpreter of any change or cancellation.
